Q. How much does it cost?
Inspection fees depend on several variables including, but not always limited to:

Q. Are you available for inspections on weekends? I am busy at work Monday through Friday.
No problem. Traverse City Home Inspections is open for inspections 7 days a week.
Q. How soon will I receive my report?
We have the fastest report turnaround in Northern Michigan. Expect to receive your completed report approximately one hour after your inspection.
Q. How soon can I schedule a home inspection?
We can usually put you on the schedule in 2-3 days.
Q. What happens if I can't make it to my inspection?
No problem. We will send the report to you and after you review it, we will set up a time when we can go over our findings and answer all your questions. Or call us for more information on our virtual home inspection!
Q. What additional services do you provide?
Traverse City Home Inspections is a full service home inspection company. That means we not only inspect your home but we provide water quality testing, radon testing, air quality testing, mold testing, and well/septic inspections. In addition, with every home inspection, we provide a thorough wood boring insect inspection and a visual mold inspection for free!
Q. What type of professional experience will you bring to my home inspection?
All of our team inspectors are certified through the International society of certified home inspectors (InterNACHI) and the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). In addition, we have years of remodeling, home repair, and property management experience. Our team has completed thousands of property inspections, both residential and commercial.
